The promotion of this project aims to combine theoretical and practical study. Thanks to the School-Work Alternation, the pupils involved take the opportunity to put their knowledge into practice, interacting with the staff of companies in order to acquire new skills.
The internship is a training experience within a working context. The combination of knowledge and know-how has a fundamental role, as professional contents, interpersonal relations and organisational aspects are integrated into it.
Staying in a working context as a student represents an opportunity for professional and personal growth, developing the quality of interpersonal relations. Finally, the student is sensitized to respect the rules and practices. Therefore, s/he is facilitated in her/his future professional choices.
Each intern is supported by a tutor who will have the primary task of taking care of the proper conduct of the internship. But above all to take care of human relations, in order to guarantee a tutor-intern relationship as a guide towards future professional choices.
Our accommodation facilities in Rimini have spaces, as well as contacts, so that the students can carry out their internship in a productive and formative way.
In addition to welcoming them, we are willing to place them in sectoral companies, suitable for the proper learning of techniques and specific studies, supported by experienced tutors.
In addition, attentive to the role that wellness and culture can play in the ethical training of young people, we have decided to encourage guided tours at the Thalassotherapy Rimini’s Spa and experiences to be made on farms in the area.
